S.E.A.R.C.H.
(Social Education Association Research in Community Healthiness) -- was originated on June 6, 1978 with the State of California, and programs were directed toward the public benefit of home ownership, the value of becoming a strong rooted participant and voice in community decision making.

S.E.A.R.C.H. was part of (starting, promoting, and completing) the tax reform law that ended in California's historic Proposition 13. It has proven to be valuable for private property protection of tax exploitation by government agencies.

During the 1980s and 1990s, S.E.A.R.C.H. approached the evaluation of the epidemic of the virus, AIDS, and the current methods of treatment and control. Most recently, under consideration is the potential dangers of Flouride, as a medication delivered through community water supplies to all homes.
